What Is "The Florida Yankee"

The Florida Yankee is an Internet Community started in Cape Coral Florida.  As many of you already know, Florida is a growing state.  It is becoming difficult if not impossible to meet someone who is actually from Florida.  90% of the people you talk to are from some place up north.  Many spend their summers up north and the winter time in Florida.  We decided to start an on-line community for those individuals who can truly say they are "Florida Yankees".  

To tell if you are a Florida Yankee, we've developed a simple test.  Please answer the following questions:

1. Were you born north of the Mason-Dixon Line and currently live south of the Mason-Dixon Line?

2. Were you born south of the Mason-Dixon Line and currently live north of the Mason-Dixon Line?

3. Do you know what a "Snow Bird" is?

4. Do you know what the Mason-Dixon Line is?

5. Do you have a relative who is a Florida Yankee?

If you answered NO to more then one of these questions, you probably are not a Florida Yankee.
